Our History:
Asia Comfort Appliances Group Limited is one of the leading HVACR products manufacturer in Asia. In 1992, we set up export-oriented company Zhongshan Asia Sun Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. By joint-venture with Taiwan Asia Sun Enterprise Co., Ltd. (a famous company in Taiwan, together with the long term Japanese partner SANYO Bolima company). We imported air conditioner technology and moulds from Japan SANYO company and Funai company. And we adopt Panasonic′s manufacturing management. That ensures the high quality of our products and success on the export market to Japan, Taiwan and other South East countries.
In 2000, in order to develop China market, we cooperated with China Little Duck Group and set up our air conditioner mass production base covering an area of 300, 000 square meters. The brand for China market is "Little Duck"(honored as China Top Brand), which is very successful in year 2000-2004.
In 2005, Little Duck Group′s investment loss in other business began to affect the operation of our air conditioner joint venture business, so we stopped the cooperation with them and moved to Foshan City, and concentrate on overseas market only. In 2006, we got 10 years authorization from famous brand PIONEER for use in HVACR products. In 2007, we signed strategic cooperation agreement with European famous brand SAECO and American famous air conditioner brand BRYANT, and became to be their production base in China.
Our Advantages:
Our factory′s production capacity is 1.2 million pieces one year. We have wide product varieties, including: Split wall-mounted type ranging from 7000BTU to 36000BTU, portable type from 7000BTU to 12000BTU, window type from 7000BTU to 24000BTU, floor standing type from 18000BTU to 60000BTU, cassette type from 12000BTU to 48000BTU, duct type from 7000BTU to 180000BTU, multi-split units, DC inverter units, top discharge units(American outdoor units), air handler units and heat pump water heaters. Units of 50Hz or 60Hz, units of R22, R407C, R410A, and tropical units for high ambient temperature are available. There are about 300 different feature and function series of products to meet the customers all over the world.
In order to ensure high quality, competitive cost and punctual delivery, we control most components(including condenser & evaporator, fan, motor, electrical control board PCB, metal case, copper tubes and electrical wires, etc. ) factories by financial investment in their factories(51% share). It means that we owns vertical component supply chain widely. Currently We have more than 2000 employees(including 10 doctors and 195 engineers) in all our group companies.
